Export Blueprint
The definition of the Job Type column has been updated so that it now reflects only the single job type. In addition, a new classification column has been introduced, which clearly indicates whether the entity is a single job or a group job. (340665)
Developers Portal
The Developer Portal has been updated to allow customers to view and manage their webhook subscriptions. (346394)
The Developer Portal now shows monthly API usage at the top of the Applications page. This gives integrators clear visibility of their usage, helping them monitor limits and plan upgrades proactively before reaching request caps. (346232)
The Invoice Due Dashboard now correctly supports filtering by Created date and Sent date when reviewing unpaid invoices. (345713)
Customer Name keyword will now correctly display the line item’s customer name if specified, or fall back to the contract’s customer name where not provided on Contracts, (345993)
The ordering of worksheets within tasks has been updated, and the worksheet name and header labels have been removed. (346351)
Resolved an issue where uploading Purchase Invoices could fail due to a permission error. (347947)
Improved the Selling and Cost Price keyword behaviour to correctly reflect line item amounts from a Rating Table. When using the Predefined invoicing item price keyword in an invoice description, any multipliers applied on the rating table are now accurately included. (347320)
The Predefined Invoice items export now includes all items, including those with special characters that were previously excluded. (346537)

The JobWatch App for iOS has been updated to 6.25 and is available now from the Apple App Store.
Please note that to download and use 6.25, you will need to be running iOS 15 or later.
This release focuses on stability and reliability. We've fixed the most common crashes that happened when opening tasks, navigating between screens, and viewing photos - the app now runs much smoother. Network handling is greatly improved too, so the app no longer incorrectly reports being offline when you have a good connection. Photos you take for worksheet questions now automatically include location data, helping you accurately log where work was completed. You'll also see helpful alerts when new versions are available, making it easier to stay up-to-date with the latest improvements.
Photo Location Data - Photos you take when answering worksheet questions now automatically include location information (GPS coordinates). This helps accurately log where work was completed, even if you have a poor network connection at the time.
Update Notifications - The app now shows you when new versions are available. You'll see alerts letting you know about updates so you can keep the app current with the latest features and fixes.

The system now sends a note webhook message whenever a note’s progress is updated. This allows integrators to be immediately informed of changes to notes. (346475)

Assets
Agreement sites now support multiple categories and a new empty state has also been introduced, for when no categories or site details are available. (344843)
New Stripe customers now automatically have the Online Payment Link keyword included in their templates.(347034)
Contracts now automatically generate invoices from job generated line items, following the defined schedule. (344232)
Driving cost calculations now correctly include Travel line items when travel time overlaps with other rates. (344290)
Non Sales Opportunity prefixed keywords now correctly populate information from Sales Opportunities when a Web user adds a flag that triggers an Alert. (346071)
The financial documents job export now correctly includes data for all selected child contacts. (346251)
Worksheets that previously shared a name with a note workflow can now be edited without issues. (345837)
Jobs within a linked group now retain their assigned job categories even when the Unallocated setting is applied in the administration section. (341816)
