Release 23.03

Release 23.03 is the third release of the year.

Users will see these changes added to their system from 17th April onwards.

Group Job List Export

The group job list view that you love, has just got better. You can now export the data you see to CSV or XLSX. Perfect for sharing with colleagues, or customers in seconds.

The group jobs list has received incremental updates, with 23.02 seeing the introduction of job group titles. In 23.03, users are now able to export the data into either a CSV or XLSX file. All the columns you would expect to see are available, including status, start and end dates, reference and order number.

Blueprints can also be used, allowing you to format exports just as your client wants them without repeatedly pressing the same buttons.

  • The group job financial report has been updated to include: (195147, 191164)

    • An additional column for the job group parent, making it easier for customers to see who jobs have been completed for.

    • Ability to filter for child job group contacts, giving you the ability to find specific information.

    • An additional column for the job group owner, with the ability to filter by specific job group owners. Perfect for identifying jobs which are managed by specific people.

  • By selecting 'detail' under the data to display, users are now able to see line, nominal and department code information for each line item. Perfect for analysis in 3rd party applications. (196985)

🐞 Fixed

  • Issue resolved where users were unable to forward emails with attachments. (190257)

  • Users now have the option to return non-auto-matched data columns to 'please select' during the data import process. (206390)

  • French translation for importing contact groups has been updated. (207245)

  • The scheduling assistant now displays correct slots when a job constraint of 'job must start after' is set. (202230)

  • Job-status filter within contacts now displays the correct information. (200600)

  • Contact rate now imports successfully for users of non-standard language packs. (183394)

  • User event exports now include cancelled jobs information. (207209)

After the release 23.03 has been completed, we will begin to roll out the use of our new authentication service. Users will notice a login screen which looks slightly different; however, your existing username and password will continue to work.
