Release 23.04.2

Release 23.04.2 is a point release, and includes a new dashboard and a handful of fixes.

Users will see these changes added to their system from 30th June onwards.

Job Profitability Dashboard

Instantly monitor key financial metrics, such as costs, revenue, profit and margin % for all individual jobs that are financially complete.

Boost profitability by being able to visualise key financial metrics at a glance with our job profitability dashboard.

Drill down into key metrics such as cost by job type, the amount invoiced by job type, cost by contact, profit by contact, cost by resource and so much more!

  • When recurrences are added against stock/equipment items, the correct tooltip is displayed to users. (150010)

  • When previewing a custom JobCard preview, all information from the worksheets is correctly displayed. (153736)

  • Exporting the job list respects applying the 'financially complete/incomplete' filters. (179949)

  • Any job with a deleted resource will no longer cause an error to be displayed upon saving. (185685)

  • The order of worksheets is retained as alphanumeric when assigned to job types. (187782)

  • An error is no longer shown when attempting to create a territory in a non-English language. (192164)

  • Stock items on the map are consistently displayed when users zoom in and out. (192466)

  • Users saving a predefined invoicing item within a set that includes a comma, or a pipe symbol in the name, are no longer presented with an error. (201059 & 211310)

  • If a quote has a template that is no longer available (due to it being deleted) assigned to it, and the quote is duplicated, the default template set against quotes in administration is used. (202198)

  • Deleting job types within an occurrence in job group templates is displayed to the user without needing to refresh the page. (213883)

  • Template keywords for contact person populate the person selected in the sales opportunity, for financial documents created against it. (214286)

  • Back office staff are able to set hours and minutes for absences that apply to all staff, this mirrors the behaviour for booking an individual resource. (217765)

  • The defect type is correctly displayed when viewing vehicle defects. (218674)

  • When users change financial lines, they are prompted to save these before marking jobs as complete via the back office. (220168)

  • An admin error is no longer displayed when a back-office user attempts to email and manually adds an attachment, from a notecard from a note attached to a resource. (221221)

  • A vehicle check correctly sends if a web user removes a worksheet from the vehicle whilst a check is in progress. (210017)

  • Quote accepted activity is correctly displayed if the quote is generated at the group job level. (216964)
