Release 23.04

Release 23.04 is the fourth release of the year.

Users will see these changes added to their system from 6th June onwards.

Simplify VAT and Nominal Code Allocation For Expenses in Seconds

Expenses added to jobs appear as line items. The process of allocating VAT and Nominal codes to them has previously been manual. No more!

Setup and configuration of this new feature couldn’t be easier, and prevents invoices that are synced with financial packages from failing due to missing information.

Once setup is complete, any expense item added to the job will continue to have the line item created automatically, however the nominal code and VAT code will be pre-populated, no longer requiring manual intervention.

  • To comply with financial best practices, creating a financial document on jobs marked as 'Financially complete' is no longer possible. (217330)

  • Landscape images are correctly displayed when using jobPhotos keyword. (147080)

  • The custom field is removed from view when switching to a 'favourite view' without it. (154107)

  • PDF pages generated correctly match the number of contact persons selected. (176401)

  • Web users can duplicate job types without an error being thrown if they can administrate the schedule section. (187334)

  • The primary person selected for the job is correctly included in the jobs export. (202410)
