Introducing the latest feature to enhance your fleet's safety and efficiency: BigChange Dash Cams. These AI-driven cameras are designed to identify and correct risky driving behaviours, significantly improving overall road safety. Video clips are automatically transferred with a built-in SIM card and included data, ensuring seamless and immediate access. The cloud-based storage guarantees secure and easy retrieval of recordings, providing peace of mind and reliable evidence when needed.

Our dash cams promote enhanced driver accountability and offer versatile camera solutions for all vehicle types. Seamlessly integrated with the BigChange platform, this feature ensures monitoring and advanced safety measures in a unified system.

Dashboards

  • The sales opportunity dashboard now allows filtering by custom date ranges, providing enhanced flexibility. (288638)

Contract

  • You can now import contract line items for contracts with both manually created ad hoc invoices and those created periodically to represent the contract total, aggregated per invoice price. (286535 & 286538)

API:

  • The FinancialDoc method now includes ContractID and ContractReference in the response, offering more detailed information. (293281)

  • The InvoicesWithItemsByPeriod method now includes ContractID and ContractReference in the response, ensuring comprehensive data. (293281)

Mass Scheduler Open Beta

Enhancements have been made to the new mass scheduler, which was released to open beta in 24.04.02

  • It is now possible to schedule multiple routes within a time slot, such as morning or afternoon slots. (282174)

  • Additionally, improvements have been made to better schedule jobs with assistants using the mass scheduler. (284067)

🐞 Fixed

Jobs

  • When job type automation is set up to link the original and follow-on jobs to the same group, both jobs will now always remain in the same group unless manually removed. (270635)

  • When a web user is set up with a date format other than dd/mm/yyyy, any actions completed on dates in that format will now conserve the format, particularly when jobs in a group are linked using job group templates. (274410)

  • Group jobs created from a quotation will now appear in the jobs tab, just like manually added group jobs. (284608)

  • The Group Job Overview cost-to-date value line items will now correctly include all costs on completed job line items and group lines, taking into account line item quantities and deducting all sent purchase order values. (287936)

  • View File Question files will now be delivered to every resource of a customer. (243423)

  • For all non-English languages, the Job Start date remains correct and does not default to the current day upon saving a job. (273699)

  • Automations that trigger a second automation to complete a job will now correctly create follow-on jobs if the job type has automation for creating follow-on jobs. (261449)

  • When using resource start working location with a split shift, the correct location is now picked up from the administration settings. (262306)

Finance

  • Invoices generated on the device will now have the default bank account populated, ensuring seamless synchronisation with Xero. (282183)

  • Deleting a line from an invoice that originated from a quote will no longer remove a line from the original quote. (282935)

Tracking

  • The maximum distance for routing calculations has been increased to 1000km. (289884)

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Margin value on the invoice will now match the value displayed on the Financial Document report. (289223)

  • The Sales Opportunity by Owner chart now accurately shows the correct number of records by owner, resolving previous discrepancies. (274605)

Alerts

  • It is now possible to create an alert for a resource without a JobWatch licence if the resource is being tracked. (277944)

Administration

  • It is now possible to correctly restore a deleted web user. If the role no longer exists, users will be advised that restoration is not possible. (264770)
