Schedule All

The enhanced scheduling feature, initially introduced as a public beta in 24.04.02, is now fully launched.

Reduce the time and complexity of scheduling jobs en masse. With the new Schedule All, you can see the new routes that will be created as you schedule up to 1000 jobs with ease. Time consuming scheduling is a thing of the past, as the new mass scheduler takes into account all job constraints. Scheduling that took hours, now takes minutes.

The updated Schedule All feature builds on the original functionality, incorporating a new optimisation engine and an intuitive interface that visually displays the routes on a map prior to committing them.

Here’s a demonstration of the new feature in action:

Reports & Dashboards

• The group WIP dashboard has been enhanced to support data drill-down capabilities. Additional charts have been introduced, including Total Sales vs. Invoiced & Uninvoiced, Group Job Costs vs. PO Costs, and Margin Trends. (301961)

• The standard timesheet (v2) has been updated to display job details for assistants who have logged activity, ensuring comprehensive timesheet reporting. (289578)

Please note that you will still be able to log in using your existing username and password and will be rolled out in phases, ensuring a seamless transition.

• The recurrence warning banner now correctly displays the date in the format set in user settings, ensuring consistency with user preferences. (295427)

• When creating a purchase invoice and selecting a due date from the main menu, users can now select a date against the purchase invoice without encountering a blank page, ensuring a smoother workflow. (304872)

• Nominal and Department codes are now consistently carried forward when creating a financial document from job lines, maintaining accurate financial records. (301824)

• Only a single financial document is generated when creating a financial document from job lines, even when the beta toggle is enabled, streamlining the process. (301826)

CRM:

• Users can now correctly load contacts that have been returned by a postcode search, improving contact management efficiency. (295940)
