Release 23.02.2 is a point release, and includes a handful of new additions, changes and fixes.

Users will see these changes added to their system from 3rd April onwards.

Oil & Gas Standard Certificates Available

We now have the following industry standard certificates available for use.

• Oil-fired services and commissioning

• Domestic oil storage tank spillage and fire risk assessment

• Oil condensing boiler installation assessment

🔄 Changed

• Users are prevented from deleting a contact group that is used by Xero integration which in some circumstances, causes the Xero settings page not to load. (162733)

• Users are prompted to save the financial document before navigating away from the document, preventing accidental data loss. (190362)

• Users are now prevented from saving a resource which has overlapping working hours, this is due to the impact it has on a wide variety of BigChange functionality. (195050)

• When importing jobs into group jobs via a file import, the group job status will now update. (203994)

🐞 Fixed

• Idling calculations have been updated to prevent excessive idling being displayed on the gantt chart in specific cases. (181873)

• When using the jobsave WebService call, custom fields of the yes/no type are correctly mapped. (197866).

• The correct date is shown on the dashboard after users navigate through different views. (200290)
