• To maximise the benefits of the BigChange system, linking a web user to a resource is strongly recommended. The UI has been updated to clearly indicate how many users are not linked and highlight those requiring attention. (319353)

• Timesheet V2: A new parameter has been introduced to allow job data to be hidden, simplifying payroll processing. (317643)

• Landlord Gas Safety Record: Customers can now generate this job card with an optional Danger Notice. (291167, 293169, 293170)

Please be aware that users with a V12 Danger Notice and Gas Safety Records for domestic job cards should contact support. This will ensure that the correct set of worksheets is added to your site to populate the data correctly.

Jobs

• Photos attached to a job with visibility set to 'Job Card' now display correctly when using the 'Job Card without Notes' format. (332652)

• PDFs downloaded using the 'Send All' functionality now open correctly instead of displaying a blank page. (319290)

Contacts

• After completing a contact merge, users are now correctly returned to the Entity Data Fix page, allowing them to start a new merge if needed. They can successfully select a 'To' and 'From' contact and complete a second merge without errors. (314106)
