25.05.02 will be deployed to customers from 20th May 2025 onwards, with the following additions and changes.

🔄 Changed

  • Job Performance Dashboard: Now displays the status comment when a job is completed with issues, making it easier to identify faults and analyse the causes of failed jobs. (321522)

  • Financial Dashboard Enhancements:

    • Purchase Invoice (PI) data has been added to improve financial visibility.

      • Please note:

        1. PIs are currently linked to purchase orders (POs), not directly to jobs. Work to link them to jobs is planned for October.

        2. A single PO may be associated with multiple PIs.

        3. PI and PO values may differ if additional lines are added to the PI. (336038)

      • Job Order Number (for individual jobs)

      • Group Job Order Number (for group jobs)

  • The Stock Reorder Level report now accurately reflects user permissions and restrictions, ensuring users only see relevant data. (335973)

  • Contacts with identical names now display correctly in the contact list, making it easier to distinguish between them. (333837)

Jobs

  • Users with job category restrictions can now view newly created categories, enhancing job visibility. (330932)

  • Invoices are now consistently marked as sent when sent by email with a job card attached. (297959)

  • The Route Optimiser now correctly adjusts for daylight saving time when calculating shift start times. (336634)

  • Job duration is now accurately displayed in Weekly View, even for jobs that extend past midnight. (333047)

  • The Schedule All functionality has been made more stable and reliable. (337449)

  • The Route Optimiser now correctly takes into account the “Time between jobs” setting when scheduling multiple jobs. (323938)

Finance

  • The Xero Sync Status filter now works as intended when exporting results, improving data management. (334714)
