• We’re excited to announce the launch of the Asset Management feature in Beta, designed to deliver a functional Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system. This initial release is focused on gathering valuable customer feedback to shape the future development of asset management in BigChange.

Finance

• Quote acceptance link in a PDF linked to a quote, the accepted quote PDF is now automatically attached to the receipt email. (340078).

• When the setting Users can only add predefined items from a contact’s price list is active, a clear warning message now appears if a predefined item is added before linking a contact (340204).

• Exports of financial documents now fully apply user restrictions (341798).

Jobs

• System-wide change that improves the performance and reliability of the Schedule All functionality, leading to a smoother user experience (339606).

• Weekly view has been enhanced so that job flags appear consistently across all job segments when a job spans multiple days (341497).

Web Services

• Web service calls have been enhanced to ensure the correct permission checks are always applied (336588).
